Sport News - Seri Ke-empat motogp berlangsung seru, jalannya balapan yang berlangsung 28 lap menghasilkan banyak cerita dan tragedi. Pemegang pole casey stoner Meski sempat emndapat perlawanan dari rekan setimnya pedrosa berhasil memenangi lomba tanpa tersentuh pembalap dibelakangnya.

Itu menyusul kecelakaan yang dialami pedrosa karena disenggol oleh marco simoncelli. Marco simoncelli sempat mengisi tempat ke-dua sebelum akhirnya menerima hukuman atas tragedi yang terjadi dengan pedrosa dan akhirnya finish di posisi 5.

Sementara itu the doctor yang mengawali start dari posisi 9 berhasil menjadi pembalap tercepat ke-tiga setelah bersaing ketat dengan dovisiozo dan lorenzo. Terlihat motor ducati memang sangat lemah di trek lurus saat melawan honda

Jelang MotoGp Lemans Perancis

Simoncelli Janji Lebih Hati-hati 

 Sport News - Marco Simoncelli gagal menyelesaikan balapan dalam dua seri terakhir di Jerez dan Estoril. Untuk balapan di Le Mans, pembalap Honda Gresini ini berjanji untuk lebih berhati-hati.

Meski memulai balapan dari posisi yang cukup baik, Simoncelli gagal finish di Jerez dan Estoril. Dia tergelincir dan akhirnya tak bisa melanjutkan balapan.

Simoncelli akan start dari posisi kedua di MotoGP Prancis. Dengan posisi yang cukup ideal ini, dia bertekad untuk tak mengulangi kesalahannya.

"Tujuan saya besok (hari ini-red) adalah bisa mengakhiri balapan dan membawa pulang poin penting ke rumah," kata Simoncelli di Autosport.

"Saya tak akan terlalu memforsir hingga melewati batas untuk mendapatkan hasil. Saya ingin mengelola balapan dengan baik," tambahnya.

"Bagaimanapun, saya bahagia dan kami tidak dalam kondisi buruk untuk balapan. Kami berkembang dari sesi ke sesi. Jadi, saya percaya diri," tandas Simoncelli.

Kualifikasi MotoGp Lemans Perancis 2011

Sport News - Casey Stoner kembali memperlihatkan tajinya di Sirkuit Le Mans. Di kualifikasi MotoGP Prancis, pembalap Repsol Honda itu tampil sebagai yang tercepat dan akan start terdepan.

Setelah menguasai tiga sesi latihan bebas, Stoner kembali tampil ciamik di sesi kualifikasi yang digelar Sabtu (14/5/2011). Dengan catatan waktu 1 menit 33,153 detik, Stoner tidak tersaingi.

Menyusul di posisi kedua adalah pembalap Honda Gresini, Marco Simoncelli yang menorehkan waktu 1 menit 33,212 detik. Peringkat tiga dihuni rekan setim Stoner, Andrea Dovizioso, dengan 1 menti 33,621 detik.

Empat posisi start terdepan dikuasai oleh Honda karena satu lagi penggeber motor Repsol Honda, Dani Pedrosa, menduduki tempat tercepat keempat dengan waktu 1 menit 33,683.

Juara dunia 2010 yang menunggangi motor Yamaha, Jorge Lorenzo, dipaksa puas dengan posisi start kelima berkat catatan waktu 1 menit 33,706 detik. Pembalap Yamaha Tech 3, Cal Crutchlow, menduduki posisi keenam dengan 1 menit 33,804 detik.

Pembalap andalan Ducati, Valentino Rossi, dibuat tak berkutik karena akan start dari posisi kesembilan setelah mencatat waktu 1 menit 34,206 detik. Di atasnya, ada Carl Edwards (Yamaha Tech 3) dengan waktu sama.

Pedrosa Ingin Bisa Menang Di Lemans

Sport News - Dani Pedrosa sedang dalam grafik performa yang menanjak. Menjelang seri keempat di Le Mans, ia berharap bisa menaiki podium teratas, sesuatu yang belum pernah ia raih lagi sejak enam tahun silam.

Pedrosa mengawali musim balapan MotoGP 2011 dengan baik. Finish nomor tiga di Qatar, ia kemudian menjadi runner up di Jerez, lalu menjadi juara di Estoril dua pekan lalu.

Akhir minggu ini perlombaan jet darat roda dua dihajat di sirkuit Le Mans. Ada rasa penasaran sekaligus obsesi tersendiri buat pembalap tim Repsol Honda itu untuk bisa mencapai prestasi tertinggi.

Sepanjang karirnya di arena Grand Prix, Pedrosa cuma tiga kali menang di Le Mans. Satu kali di kelas 125cc (2003), dan dua kali di kelas 250cc (2004, 2005). Di kelas tertinggi, ia belum pernah juara.

"Seperti biasanya, Le Mans akan selalu menjadi balapan yang sulit dan menyibukkan. Secara umum aku sudah bekerja baik di sirkuit ini, aku punya cukup banyak kepercayaan diri di sana. Tapi aku belum pernah menang di kelas MotoGP, dan aku ingin sekali bisa menang," tutur Pedrosa dikutip situs resmi MotoGP.

"Mirip dengan Estoril, trek lambat dan kencangnya, di mana Yamaha sangat kuat di musim-musim sebelumnya. Kami harus mengambil keuntungan besar dari sesi-sesi latihan untuk mempersiapkan motor dengan stabilitas yang baik, traksi dan akselerasi, serta siap untuk kondisi apapun terkait cuaca.

"Di trek ini Anda juga harus sangat fokus karena balapan ini lama. Tak kalah penting adalah konsisten dan tidak melakukan kesalahan apapun," paparnya.

Lorenzo adalah penguasa Le Mans dalam dua musim terakhir. Pembalap terakhir yang bisa mencetak hat-trick kemenangan di sirkuit ini adalah Alex Criville di tahun 1998, 1999, dan 2000.

Jelang MotoGp Lemans Perancis

Spies Bertekad Tebus Kekecewaan di Le Mans 

Sport News - Pembalap Yamaha Ben Spies tak mampu meraih hasil optimal di tiga balapan. Ia pun bertekad untuk memulai musim ini dengan hasil bagus di MotoGP Prancis.

Pada balapan seri perdana di Losail, Spies mendapat hasil cukup lumayan dengan finis keenam. Akan tetapi di dua race selanjutnya pembalap asal Amerika Serikat ini mengalami nasib sial.

Spies berpeluang besar naik podium di MotoGP Spanyol usai menaklukkan Dani Pedrosa di lap ke-23. Namun sialnya Spies justru tergelincir dan out dari balapan ketika balapan tinggal menyisakan tiga lap.

Dewi Fortuna belum kunjung memayungi Spies di MotoGP Portugal. Pembalap dengan nomor motor 11 tersebut kembali jatuh karena kehilangan fokus saat mencoba mencopot alat penutup aliran bahan bakar yang menganggu kenyamanannya.

Akhir pekan ini seri balapan MotoGP memasuki seri keempat di Prancis yang digelar di sirkuit Le Mans, Minggu (15/5/2011). Spies pun bertekad untuk meraih hasil terbaik.

"Aku punya beberapa hari yang santai setelah balapan Estoril kembali ke Como, Italia. Aku punya peluang bagus untuk tidak mengendarai motor dan keluar dari masa frustrasi dari balapan itu," ujar dia dilansir Crash.

"Sejauh ini aku merasa baik di awal aku sangat percaya kami bisa meraih hasil yang kuat di Portugal. Tapi kami tetap berjalan dan sebagai sebuah tim kami datang ke Prancis dan bertekad untuk menebus (kegagalan) dan memulai musim 2011 lagi," demikian Spies.

Akibat kegagalan di dua race terakhir, Spies tercecer di urutan 14 klasemen sementara dengan 10 poin. Tertinggal 55 poin dari rekan se-timnya Jorge Lorenzo yang berada di puncak.

MotoGP LeMans Race Result

2010 French MotoGP race at the spectacle of two Fiat Yamaha team rider. Untouched by the drivers of other teams since the beginning, Jorge Lorenzo managed to beat Valentino Rossi.

On the race circuit in Le Mans on Sunday (23/05/2010), Lorenzo emerged as champion with a record 44th minute 29.114 seconds, took 28th lap. He was five seconds ahead of Rossi who had to settle for second place.

Absent Bautista at Le Mans

Le Mans - Álvaro Bautista decide to be absent from the French GP after an accident in the second free practice session. Rizla Suzuki team decided not to seek a replacement rider Bautista.

Bautista is still recovering from a broken collarbone injury, in which rookie driver had surgery eight days ago. But in a free practice session Saturday (22/05/2010) afternoon local time, the drivers had an accident and suffered back injuries in the same place.


"I understand that this weekend I am going to be hard for. After the surgery I tried hard to race here," Bautista said in the official MotoGP site.

'Friday I felt sick yesterday that really severe and it was difficult for me for the race. Today I actually felt confident because the team doctor Claudio Costa gave me an injection and I feel better, "said the rider was 25 years.

"But then I had an accident at the beginning of the session and now I feel more pain. So I chose not to race Sunday tomorrow and I'll use the time to recover," he concluded.

Team Rizla Suzuki rider has decided not to seek a replacement to fill the position of Bautista. Later he would return to Spain for treatment and healing to help the condition ready for the next race at Mugello.

Le Mans MotoGP Qualification Result

Mans - Valentino Rossi will start from pole position at the French MotoGP. Teammate in the Fiat Yamaha, Jorge Lorenzo, will start from second position after the time outperform Dani Pedrosa of Honda.

Optimistic Stoner at Le Mans

Le Mans - Casey Stoner had also grabbed a good result since the Crash MotoGP in 2010. The Ducati rider believes the race this weekend will be a turning point.

Rossi hoping the weather is good

Le Mans - Valentino Rossi expects weather at the French GP Sunday (23/05/2010). Defending champion wants to erase bad memories in the same series last season.
