Stoner: No Significant First Series

Losail - A good start will increase your confidence in the drivers' next series. But ahead of the opening race in Qatar, Casey Stoner did not think the opening race as something special.

Stoner set a target worthy indeed higher in Qatar MotoGP to be held on Monday (12/4/2010) the next dawn. In addition to being the champion in three years back, champ Ducati also be the best in pre-season testing session at the same place some time ago.

However, even Stoner did not seem too stubborn pursuit of victory in the opening race of the season. He looks not want burdened with superior status in Losail.

"Hopefully if we did not perform well (in the series first), then the rest of the season it will jadi good (considering that happened) the last few years. We'll see how we deal with this season, but everyone started to put pressure on people managed to win several times. I just want to start nice and solid and get points, "said Stoner in MCN

Losail is not admitted that his favorite track, the drivers are coming from Australia that just expect better results in the next races.

"Qatar is not a place that really pesial for me and I think the rest of the season it will be much better for me and I can not wait to race in another path," concluded in 2007 that the world champions.

For the record, Valentino Rossi has never won a race since the 2005 season opener. However, in the period until 2009, only Stoner can win the series premiere, and could continue to be a world champion (2007).
