Sport News - Ducati has not been surrendered for Valentino Rossi. The Italian team is very interested in getting Rossi admitted though reportedly not yet reached an agreement with him.
Media reported that Ducati has prepared approached Rossi after Casey Stoner states move to Honda next year. Even Rossi of Yamaha's move reportedly will be announced during the GP of the Czech Republic on 15 August.
Ducati parties try to reduce the news. But they could not hide his desire to be able to obtain signatures of The Doctor to replace Stoner position in next season.
"No agreement has been reached with Nicky Hayden and Valentino Rossi for the future of MotoGP racer despite our interest to remain there," said Ducati in statement as reported by Reuters.
"How and when this agreement will be reached, the official press release will be announced," continued the Italian MotoGP team.
Rossi's contract with Yamaha will expire at the end of this year. But there is no certainty about the future of Rossi on the Yamaha. Meanwhile, a Japanese manufacturer says that now that all decisions in the hands of The Doctor.
